  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee.

3. Check‑In & Check‑Out

  • Check‑in: from 14:00 SAST

  • Check‑out: by 10:00 SAST Late check‑outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must:

  • Respect property rules and neighbors.

  • Report damages immediately; repair or replacement costs may apply.

  • Ensure all personal belongings are secured — Ocean II Ocean is not liable for loss or theft.
